ICF seeks an experienced Business Development and Sales professional to support our rapidly expanding portfolio of work across the federal government providing human capital, training, HR analytics/automation and workplace infrastructure services, specifically focused on HHS/FDA, US Treasury Department, and DHS/CISA. The individual will drive new revenue, expand our pipeline through opportunity identification and qualification, and partner with our Line of Business Leader to refine our strategy and collaboratively win new work in this market.
The position will report to the Vice President Line of Business Leader for the People, Process, and Program Performance Team (P4). Ideally, this role will be based in the Washington DC area as a hybrid position. Remote candidates with exceptional qualifications and experience may be considered. Travel to client sites, ICF offices, and conferences will be required.

Functional Purpose

4. Manager Assessments & Analytics
1. Ability to perform and apply complex data analyses (e.g., Cluster Analysis, Exploratory and Confirmatory, Structural Equation Modeling) using standard social science statistical analysis packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) sufficient to develop, validate, and evaluate selection systems and procedures.
2. Ability to use standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) sufficient to develop reports, presentations, and graphically present data.
3. Ability to communicate orally and in writing sufficient to convey a range of complex technical concepts related to selection programs, policies, and procedures to non-technical audiences.
4. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or degree in a closely related field, which included a focus on selection methods and/or psychometrics from a college or university accredited by a national or regional accreditation organization recognized and sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Education.
5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Applicant must submit to a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) or Tier 2 investigation.
