2026 PTCMW Networking Workshop
Building Meaningful Professional Relationships
Join the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW) for an interactive networking masterclass focused on building meaningful and authentic professional relationships.
Networking is often framed as collecting contacts or making quick connections, but strong professional relationships are built intentionally over time. This session will help participants develop practical strategies for networking with confidence and purpose.
Through guided discussion and interactive exercises, participants will learn how to clarify their professional identity, navigate networking conversations with curiosity and intention, and sustain relationships through thoughtful follow-up and connection over time.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice networking conversations, reflect on their professional goals, and leave with practical tools they can immediately apply in professional settings.
