We are currently seeking IC Human Capital Consultants to join our growing business. Current Top Secret clearance is required.
As an IC Human Capital Consultant II, you will provide on-site support to one of FMP's largest clients in the intelligence community. You will support a variety of human capital initiatives, including process improvement, communications, strategy, performance management, career services, rank in person, performance pay, assignments, Senior Executive Service (SES) support, training, and other similar areas. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts and consultants and take responsibility for large, complex, or technically advanced projects.
Position openings for this role are contingent on current or anticipated client needs. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelors Degree and 5-8 years of experience in any of the following areas: talent management, performance management, competencies, position descriptions, classification, career development, change management, communications, training; or 8 years of experience in the areas listed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Knowledge of federal government human resources practices
