HCW is seeking TS/SCI with polygraph cleared Human Capital Management Consultants at all career levels.

Our consultants love immersing themselves in a range of projects that that help people engage deeply in their jobs while focusing leaders on how to align their talent with organizational strategy.  Human Capital Consultants at HCW apply knowledge gained from the fields of business, education, human resources, psychology, and more to guide clients in making informed decisions across the talent lifecycle.  The work is collaborative, requiring the ability to navigate complex organizations and uncover root-cause issues to human capital challenges.  Unique to working at HCW in the domain of human capital is also the opportunity to help design  innovative machine learning solutions enabled by artificial intelligence that address known people challenges.  If provided an opportunity to join our team, you will be asked to support and lead projects both tactical and strategic in nature that create value for an organization through the most effective use of their people. 

Please ensure you can share real-world or academic experience across this range of responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to identify their optimal future organizational state; support or lead strategic planning
  • Develop organizational and human capital strategies in response to client goals
  • Conduct job and organizational assessments
  • Develop change management plans and strategic communications products
  • Create informative, persuasive deliverables (e.g., plans, reports, briefings)


Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Education, or highly relevant field
  • Security clearance (with polygraph)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of an organization (e.g., articulate projects, methodologies, findings)
  • Experience with activities and events that occur across the talent lifecycle (e.g, recruitment, development, succession)
  • Strong understanding of approaches to workforce planning
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to work within project constraints
  • Ability to work, at times, with multiple ambiguous projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook) and ability to build polished client deliverables

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree (in the above fields)
  • Project Management (PMP) certification
