How we are using assessment to build and sustain a cybersecurity workforce - panel discussion
Abstract:
The cyber workforce must grow quickly to address the ubiquitous cyber security threat. As assessment professionals, we must develop and implement highly valid and effective tools for selecting and managing the performance of cyber workers. This panel will foster future assessment work in this area by providing an update on resources, tools and techniques being used to address this challenge, and by discussing some examples of important assessment efforts. Panel members include three individuals who have or are developing cyber workforce solutions.
